Server Stock provides free delivery within the UAE for every order that is above AED 500. If the value of the order is below AED 500, we do collect a nominal delivery charge of AED 30. Same day express delivery also is available for Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Express delivery charges will be 150AED.

We understand that receiving your package in a timely manner is important to you, which is why we make every effort to ensure that your order is processed and delivered as quickly as possible. Server Stock delivers the products within the duration 1 to 2 working days. Deliveries will only be processed during business working days, and please note that public holidays and Friday will be counted as non-working days

  7. Enter Shipping Information: Enter your shipping information, including your full name, shipping address, and contact information.
  8. Enter Payment Information: Enter your payment information to complete your order. We accept various payment methods, including Bank transfer online, or Cash on Delivery.
  9. Confirm Order: Review your order summary, including the products you’re purchasing, the shipping method, and the total cost. If everything looks correct, click the “Confirm Order” button to complete your purchase.
  10. Receive Confirmation: Once your order has been confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your order, including the estimated delivery date and tracking information. You can also track your order using the tracking ID sent to you via mobile/WhatsApp.

The products which are “In Stock” on the website will be shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 6 pm. If we receive the order after 5 pm, we will ship it on the next day based on the product’s availability

Yes you will get an original VAT Invoice with Company Stump along with your order.

  1. To make sure you’re always in the loop about your order status, we will provide you with a tracking ID via mobile or WhatsApp. This will allow you to track your package every step of the way and know exactly when it will be delivered.

    We provide you with a tracking number or a Courier Receipt that you should receive on your WhatsApp or on the email that you used to order your Product from Server Stock.

Refurbished devices are products that have already had a previous owner or user. These devices undergo a thorough inspection and reconditioning process by expert technicians to ensure they meet the same high standards as a brand new product. This process includes testing, replacing parts, and cleaning the device to ensure that it is in excellent working condition.

When you purchase a refurbished device, you can expect to receive a product that is like-new and has been fully restored to its original quality. What To Expect? The item has been slightly used | It may have minimal scratches on top. An original product that is lightly used and tested by experts for 100% functionality.  Item will be delivered in generic packaging with all compatible accessories. Purchasing a refurbished device not only offers you significant savings compared to buying a brand new device, but it is also an environmentally friendly choice. For refurbished or used servers and all of our products, we provide three-months warranty, that is covering most parts, with exceptions for burn and physical damage.

Server Stock offers a contractual guarantee of at least 3 months on all of our refurbished devices, providing you with the peace of mind that comes with knowing that your purchase is protected. It does not apply in case of accidental breakage, burn or  physical damage.

Server Stock also offers flexible extendable warranty options. Each 3 months extended warranty you need to add 5% extra, it means if you want any product with one year warranty then you need to add 15% extra amount in total price

To return your product, you should mail us with  your product detail to: support@serverstock.ae. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if you we send wrong product by mistake.
