Refund and Return Policy

If for any reason upon receipt of your item you consider that the item does not match the condition described or you simply change your mind, please let us know within 15 days of receipt, and we will do our best to rectify the situation. If that is not possible, just pay to ship your item back, and we’ll refund you in full, subject to our policy and procedures for returns set out below.

Refund Process

• Notification: Items returned must be in the same condition as they were sent in order to receive a full return. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly send you an email confirming its receipt.
• Approval or Rejection: You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• All returns will be inspected prior to a refund being issued. Where an inspection takes place and we determine that the item was inaccurately described.
• If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of the item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Replacement Policy:

• We offer exchanges or replacement only for items that are defective or damaged.
• Only Faulty & Dead on arrival products can be replaced.
• Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories.
• A replacement order is dispatched as soon as the returned item/s has passed product inspection.
• Replacement is subject to availability of stock with us, if the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
