At Server Stock, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, including delivery times, costs and tracking. If for any reason your item does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please do contact with us via Call or WhatsApp. We are here to help you out to provide you with a status update.
1. Where We Ship:
We currently ship to all states of the UAE (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al-Khaimah, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi) plus Oman and Iraq.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or Central African Republic, Iran, Libya, Mali, North Korea, Palestine, Somalia, South Sudan, Yemen.
3. Delivery Timeframes:
Estimated delivery time after your order is shipped:
Standard Shipping: (within the UAE. it takes 1-2 business days)
Residents of UAE have an option of “Super Express Delivery” where they receive their order within Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman in 1-4 hours only!
For Oman: (it takes 2 – 3 business days)
For Iraq: (usually delivery takes 7 – 10 business days)
Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
2. Handling Time:
Deliveries will only be processed during business working days, and please note that public holidays and Sunday will be counted as non-working day.
If the order is placed before 5 pm, will be shipped on the same day. If we receive the order after 5 pm, we will process it on the next working day.
Shipping time starts after handling time.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on holidays.
4. Shipping Costs:
We offer the following shipping rates:
Standard Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on orders over 500AED, otherwise, standard shipping costs 30AED per order.
Express Delivery Charges within Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman 150AED
ForOman: Delivery charges 50AED
for Iraq: Delivery charges 370AED
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Kindly note that Additional fees may apply for international shipping, international shipping may incur local duties, taxes, brokerage, or other local government or 3rd party fees, which are not included in the freight quote. Those fees are the sole responsibility of the customer (consignee) of the goods. Please, check your local laws pertaining to customs fees, duties, and taxes.
5. Shipping Carriers:
We use the following carriers to deliver your orders:
We ship via NAS Express Couriers LLC. within the UAE.
For Oman and Iraq we ship via Best Line Express Courier
6. Tracking Your Order:
You will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number once your order has shipped. We have contracted with multiple shipping providers to provide several options for our customers to choose from. Customers can track their shipments through the service providers’ tracking system for a more accurate delivery time frame. Upon shipment of the order, the customer receives the tracking information including the tracking number of the shipment to track with the shipping service provider.

We are unable to ship to the following locations
