Item Returns for Warranty Service:
Serial Number Requirement: To initiate a return for warranty service, customers must obtain an Item Serial number from Server Stock.
Mandatory Identification: The Item Serial number must be clearly marked or printed on the external package of the item being returned. Server Stock will not accept return shipments without this number.
Returns for Credit:
Return Eligibility: If a customer requests a return for credit for defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival) items, the process begins only when the item is in pristine condition and returned within 15 days from the Server Stock receipt date.
Restocking Fee: Server Stock may charge a minimal restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price for non-defective items or volatile returned packages.
Return Window: Server Stock allows approximately 15 days for your return shipment to reach them.
Replacement Conditions:
Availability Dependent: The replacement of any defective or unsatisfactory item is subject to the quantity available in Server Stock’s inventory. In case of stock unavailability, Server Stock has up to 30 days to procure and replace the item for the customer.
Limited Warranty:
Product-Based Warranty: Server Stock offers warranties based on product installation, usage, and material defects. Additionally, it provides workmanship warranties for a specified duration from the Server Stock receipt date.
Extended Grace Period: Server Stock offers an exclusive 30-day grace period warranty based on labor expiration and specific parts warranty expiration.
Limited Scope: This limited-service warranty applies solely to original purchases made directly from Server Stock, whether by individual customers or bulk distributors.
Out-of-Warranty Services:
Extended Coverage: In select cases where the warranty period has expired, Server Stock offers additional services for an extra three months, subject to additional charges.
Replacement Options: During this additional period, Server Stock may replace faulty products with refurbished or functionally equivalent items in certain premium repair cases.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for covering all shipping charges, service costs, parts expenses, and associated fees for out-of-warranty services.
Product Serial Number Requirements:
Serial Number Issuance: Server Stock provides an Item Serial number when customers supply specific information, including the product model name, receipt number, receipt date, serial number, and the reason for return.
Time Limit: If an item does not reach Server Stock within 30 days after the Item Serial number is issued, the serial number becomes void.
Return Guidelines: Customers should return the item with prepaid shipping, a copy of the original receipt, and a detailed note describing the issue, all within the product’s original packaging with the Item Serial number clearly printed.
Limitation of Liability:
Scope of Liability: Server Stock’s liability under warranty is restricted to replacement, repair, or refund. Server Stock is not liable for incidental, direct, special, or consequential damages, regardless of the theory of liability, including lost goodwill, damage to profits, downtime, or replacement of equipment and property, as well as any costs related to reconstruction, recovery, or replication of any document or data stored in or used with a system containing Server Stock products.
Legal Provisions: Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. In such cases, the above limitation will not apply.
